If you wish to continue with the virtual session, please reply with the date & time of when you would like to have the remote training. The cost of the training starts at $45 per participant, and varies based on location. A deposit is required to cover the trainer’s up-front cost of materials to be supplied to each participant. Deposit is due no later than 14 days prior to scheduled session. If deposit is not received by that date, then your scheduled class date will be made available to other prospective clients. Also, any remaining balance is due ON THE DAY OF TRAINING. The session will not proceed until payment is received. Click the "Request Training" link below to reserve your date and time.

Required Equipment:
▪Room large enough to accommodate all participants comfortably
(recommended layout for tables is a U shape so participants can see each other and trainer)
▪ TV (large enough for group size) & HDMI COMPATIBLE A/V outlet (OR DVD PLAYER W/ REMOTE)
▪ Refreshments (coffee/water/sodas/light snacks) for your participants to help keep them engaged and focused (OPTIONAL)
In order to be eligible to take the certification exam, each participant will be required to attend the full session, which is 3-5 hours. The exam is given at the end of the session. Each participant will be provided a training manual by the instructor, included in the cost. Also included in the cost is the processing of the exams and the distribution of their certification cards. THE PARTICIPANT’S CERTIFICATIONS WILL BE VALID FOR THREE (3)YEARS. In the unlikely event of someone failing, they will be given a new answer sheet and can attend another TIPS class within 6 months (at no charge to them) to retake the session and exam. Adding participants at the last minute can be done only if enough training manuals are available, and there may be an additional charge. Other training materials, such as ID Checking Guidebook(2017-2018 edition), Incident Report Log Book, Job Aide Reference Posters, etc. are available for purchase as well.
We also offer online training called eTiPS. Although the classroom setting is more effective & encourages team building, the online approach allows everyone to move at their own pace.
